Project Description We're building modern, high-performance SaaS platforms that solve real business problems. Our applications are designed with scalability, security, maintainability, and user experience in mind. We work with customers across industries, including healthcare, social networking, automotive and construction, helping them digitize workflows and streamline operations. We're looking for an experienced engineer who can take a product from concept to production and play a key role in shaping both the technical architecture and the product itself. The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own the development of a SaaS platform from end to end. You'll be responsible for designing the overall architecture, developing both frontend and backend systems, making key technical decisions, and delivering production-ready software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. What You'll Be Doing Design and develop complete SaaS platforms from architecture to deployment.Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks.Develop responsive and intuitive frontend applications using React.js.Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and performance optimization.Build secure authentication and authorization systems, including role-based access control (RBAC).Design scalable, maintainable, and modular software architecture.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Build reusable components and maintain clean, well-documented code.Participate in architectural discussions and make technical decisions that influence the product roadmap.Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the entire technology stack.Mentor other developers and promote engineering best practices through code reviews and technical guidance. What We're Looking For 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer building production-grade web applications.Experience using LLMs for developmentStrong experience with React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.Experience designing scalable software architecture for SaaS platforms.Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.Experience integrating third-party APIs and cloud services.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern development workflows.Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.Experience with React Native.Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures.Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.Experience with Redis, message queues, or background job processing.Experience implementing automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).Experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers.
