Engineering Manager

About The Team We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help develop and manage one of our key core teams. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders (often engineers from other teams), design resilient distributed architectures, translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, conduct code reviews, and continuously improve the product. You will also contribute to coding, although hands-on development is not the primary focus of the role. Responsibilities Analyze incoming requests for new features, validate them, and translate them into clear technical requirements aligned with product and business goalsCollaborate with other development teams to ensure proper integration of solutions and reliable delivery of functionalityWork with the project manager to define the technical approach to implementing tasks and align on timelinesParticipate in hiring: conduct technical interviews and help onboard new developersOversee the design and development of backend and frontend components, ensuring architectural consistency of solutionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the team’s engineering practices.Hold regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews, and support the professional growth of the teamWork with DevOps engineers on the release process and CI/CD setup.
