Role Description This is a full-time, remote Developer role.
The Developer will design, implement, test, and maintain software applications, working closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from peers, troubleshooting bugs, and improving application performance and reliability.
The role also involves participating in technical discussions, contributing to architectural decisions, documenting solutions, and collaborating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
The Developer will help ensure best practices in version control, testing, and deployment, and support ongoing improvements to the development workflow.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar), with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Experience with web or application development frameworks and tools (for example, React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring, or .NET) and understanding of RESTful APIs or microservices.Knowledge of databases and data storage technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL), including designing schemas, writing efficient queries, and working with ORMs or query builders.Familiarity with software development practices such as version control (Git), unit and integration testing, debugging, and basic CI/CD workflows.Ability to analyze requirements, break down tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing secure, performant, and scalable software.Ready to earn by doing projects
