Full Stack Developer

About The Role Mosano is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work across the projects in our portfolio. You'll work across the stack, building and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and delivery speed. You'll collaborate closely with a small, senior team that values autonomy, clean architecture, and pragmatic decision-making. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full stack features across frontend and backendDevelop and consume REST APIs (GraphQL a plus) to support product functionalityWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript across the codebaseCollaborate on architecture decisions for scalability and long-term maintainabilityWork within a Git Flow branching model, contributing to a healthy, reviewable codebaseBuild, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelinesWork with relational and non-relational databases (ex: PostgreSQL / MongoDB)Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI or similar LLM tooling) to boost productivity and code qualityParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning What We're Looking For Required 3+ work experienceStrong experience with React (component architecture, hooks, state management)Solid backend experience with Node.jsProficiency in TypeScriptExperience designing and consuming REST APIsComfortable with Git and working in a Git Flow workflowHands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQLFamiliarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude CLI or other LLM-based dev tools)Good written and spoken English (you'll work in an English-speaking environment) Nice To Have Experience with GraphQLExperience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services) Soft Skills Autonomous and comfortable owning features end-to-endGood communication skills, especially in async/remote settingsPragmatic problem-solver who balances speed with code qualityComfortable moving across different projects and codebases within Mosano's portfolio What We Offer Remote-friendly / flexible working modelExposure to modern tech stacks and real-world client challengesCollaborative and engineering cultureOpportunity to work across diverse projects through Mosano's client portfolio About Us Mosano is a software house that partners with companies to design, build, and scale digital products.
