Product Development Engineer

Yibi Precision is looking for a Product Development Engineer to support the development of precision metal components from early-stage design assessment through production validation. Responsibilities Review component designs for manufacturability and production feasibility.Evaluate geometry, materials, tolerances and manufacturing routes.Support prototype development and engineering validation.Work with MIM, CNC, tooling and manufacturing teams during product industrialization.Identify potential risks related to shrinkage, deformation, assembly and dimensional stability.Support design optimization before mass production.Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.Experience developing precision mechanical or metal components.Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis and DFM.Knowledge of CNC, MIM, injection molding, die casting or similar manufacturing processes.Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
