Founding AI Product Engineer – Agentic Systems & Knowledge Graphs ChordianAI · Berlin, London or Warsaw (Remote/Hybrid) · Full-time (100%) Companies want AI that knows their markets, their clients and their own business, without giving up control of their data. ChordianAI is Data Intelligence & Zero Trust Infrastructure for AI. Our intelligence engines search, research, crawl, build lists and monitor the web and licensed sources. That intelligence is joined with a company's own knowledge and fed into Knowledge Twins: one subject per twin (a client, a market, a deal, a supplier, a regulation), always current and always sourced. Every value is classified and protected before it is stored or reaches any model, and every access is audited. It runs where the customer decides: our cloud in the EU or US, the customer's own cloud, or on premises and air-gapped. People use it through the app, Slack and voice. Agents use it through MCP and our REST API. We are looking for a founding team member who builds agentic systems, not slides about them, and who will own how intelligence reaches people and agents through Knowledge Twins. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and build Knowledge Twins and the agentic workflows that run on them, end to end - Own the Twin Library and Twin Console: which twins exist, how they are configured, how customers see sources, health and usage - Turn real customer questions into repeatable agentic workflows: market screening, pricing intelligence, counterparty and supplier monitoring - Shape how our intelligence, memory and graph layer serve agents: retrieval, Entity Coherence, conflict handling, sourcing - Make Zero Trust visible in the product: where data runs, how it is protected, who accessed what - Work with enterprise customers and with our engineering and commercial teams MUST HAVE - You have built agents and fully agentic systems, and you can show at least one end to end (repo, live demo or recorded walkthrough) - Deep, hands-on knowledge of knowledge graphs, GraphRAG and retrieval architectures, and their trade-offs against vector-only approaches - Strong command of the agentic stack: tool use, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, memory, evaluation, LLM providers and private models - You know the data intelligence and agent infrastructure ecosystem inside out, including the leading venture-funded players, and can explain where each one wins and loses - Product judgment: you obsess over simplicity, and a user should understand what you build in seconds NICE TO HAVE - Enterprise AI deployments, ideally in regulated industries (finance, legal, insurance, energy, consulting) - Background in security, data governance or sovereign cloud - Experience with web data, crawling or enrichment pipelines WHAT WE OFFER - A founding-team role with real ownership of a core product pillar - Meaningful equity plus a competitive salary - Direct work with the CEO and leadership team - Your choice of base: Berlin, London or Warsaw, remote or hybrid - A small, senior team building foundational infrastructure for AI HOW TO APPLY Send us two things: 1.
