Maxon is looking for a mid-level Cloud & Systems Integration Developer to join our Application Integration team within Operations. You'll help design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and integrations that connect our core business systems — from identity platforms to internal collaboration and support tools. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable writing production code, automating infrastructure, and working through how different enterprise systems connect and share data, with support from senior team members on more complex architecture decisions. What You'll Do - Build and maintain serverless workloads using Azure Functions, secured with Azure Key Vault for secrets and credential managementProvision and manage cloud infrastructure (VMs, AKS clusters) using Terraform, following infrastructure-as-code best practicesContribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated deploymentsDevelop backend and integration logic in Python and JavaScriptContainerize applications with Docker and deploy/support them via AKSSupport identity and access workflows through Microsoft Entra ID, including SCIM provisioning for automated user lifecycle management across SaaS applicationsBuild integrations and automation using Microsoft Graph API and SharePointMonitor systems and troubleshoot issues using Sumo Logic, and support end-user workflows via ZendeskWork in Linux-based environmentsContribute to systems integration efforts across business and technical stakeholdersSupport data modelling to help build clean, scalable integration architecturesAssist with migration planning for systems and data transitionsParticipate in requirements analysis with business and technical stakeholders to help translate needs into technical solutionsProduce clear documentation for systems, integrations, and processesCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 3-5 years of related experience Experience with Azure cloud services (Functions, Key Vault, VMs, AKS)Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as codeExperience building or supporting CI/CD pipelinesProficiency in Python and JavaScriptExperience with Docker and container-based deploymentsFamiliarity with Entra ID and SCIM-based provisioningExperience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePointExperience monitoring systems with tools like Sumo Logic, and supporting users via tools like ZendeskComfortable working in Linux environments Core Competencies Experience contributing to systems integration work across multiple platformsSolid data modelling skillsExposure to migration planningAbility to participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical tasksFluent English is required; additional languages a plus but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills including documentation, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Prior exposure to HR, legal, or IT operations systems What We Offer You will be part of a highly motivated international team of specialists working in an environment that offers a warm welcome with detailed onboarding and a dedicated mentor for a familiarization period as well as a wide range of individual development possibilities.
