This is an opportunity to join a business undergoing significant growth and transformation, where you'll play a key role in designing and evolving the internal developer platform, cloud infrastructure, and engineering tooling that supports multiple development teams. The Role Working as part of a modern Platform Engineering function, you'll help create a frictionless developer experience through automation, self-service tooling, and cloud-native best practices. You'll Be Responsible For Building and enhancing Internal Developer Platform (IDP) capabilities Developing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Managing and optimising Kubernetes environments Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible Driving GitOps practices and platform standardisation Improving platform reliability, security, scalability and cost effectiveness Creating "golden paths" that reduce developer cognitive load and accelerate delivery Collaborating with Engineering, Security and SRE teams to improve operational excellence Championing modern engineering practices including observability, automation and resilience engineering Experience Required At least 4 years' experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles Strong Kubernetes knowledge in production environments Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise Experience building and supporting scalable distributed systems Strong CI/CD and automation experience Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Experience working within fast-paced engineering teams or technology organisations Why Apply?
