As an expert in the design of hydraulic module, you will lead a team to explore the technology of hydraulic module for large harvesting machinery to meet the needs of customers for products. - Responsible for the technical research, pre-research and development planning of the hydraulic module. - Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the hydraulic module. - Responsible for product development, design scheme, standard formulation, product improvement, and key technology research of the hydraulic module. - Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during project development and prototype production - Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during the bench test and field test of the hydraulic module - Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research - Responsible for the team's talent development Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: -Noise issue problem solving is highly required -Proficient in the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of grain harvesting machinery, familiar with the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of mainstream manufacturers; -Deep comprehension of the technology development trend of complete machine hydraulic module; -Familiar with product development project management process -Fluent in English
