Senior Engineer–Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Summary The Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure will design, implement, and support Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to work independently on complex tasks, and a commitment to guiding junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions in line with Microsoft best practicesPlan and execute workload, mailbox, and application migrations to Azure and Microsoft 365Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and IntunePerform infrastructure health checks, assessments, and remediation for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related platformsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations from the support teamPrepare technical documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and handover materialsProvide technical input to presales activities, including solution design, proofs of concept, and estimatesMentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamAdhere to the delivery standards and governance processes of the Center of ExcellenceContribute to reusable templates and deployment acceleratorsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologiesStrong working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active DirectoryExperience delivering migration and deployment projects in enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishPreferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or MS-102Experience with Azure, M365, and Infrastructure solutionsKnowledge of ArabicExperience with government or large enterprise clients
