Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Summary The Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions as part of a project delivery team. The role offers hands-on experience on enterprise projects and a structured path for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments under the guidance of senior engineersAssist with migrations, upgrades, and implementation tasks across client projectsPerform pre-migration checks, validation, and post-migration testingSupport cutover activities and resolve issues that arise during migrationTroubleshoot technical issues and escalate where necessaryPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records and handover materialsFollow the delivery standards and procedures of the Center of ExcellenceParticipate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and certification programsSupport team members and project managers in meeting delivery timelinesRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure or cloud technologiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows ServerGood troubleshooting and documentation skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishPreferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or MS-102Exposure to Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or IntuneKnowledge of ArabicStrong motivation to learn and obtain further certifications
