Junior Full Stack Engineer

Junior Full-Stack Developer Seattle / Bellevue · Contract We are a TikTok Shop Platform specializing in market insights and personal analytics. We serve brands, creators, and agencies. Looking for an early-career developer with strong programming fundamentals, a good eye for design, and substantial experience building projects of their own. You’ll work directly with me on frontend and backend development. I’ll provide direction and technical support, but you should be comfortable figuring things out and taking responsibility for your work without a ton of supervision. You will have a large degree of personal freedom, ownership over your work, and daily autonomy. This job will feel like it's your own project, and that's the right way to think about it. This job will be well-suited for you if you are entrepreneurial, creative, and genuinely strive to be the best. This will require persistent, good-faith effort. You should be comfortable learning on your own, and should be willing to bear a direct creative burden. In return, you will enjoy real personal autonomy, a working environment with no bureaucratic substructure, creative freedom, and you will be able to earn a meaningful stake in our company, which is already generating significant revenue despite being composed of 2 people. Requirements: • Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, backend development, and databases. • Independent projects you can show. • Good judgment about design and usability. • Currently based in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’m interested in what you’ve built, your experience, and what you spend time learning about. Personal projects and independent work count toward experience. Salary: $3750 month 1 $4000 month 2 $4500 month 3 $5000 month 4..6 $6500 months 7+ + equity (guaranteed, amount TBD) Pay raises are guaranteed. Benefits: Sick leave. Work arrangement: Hybrid.
