What will you be doing? Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and predictive modeling solutions leveraging Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark ML).Develop advanced time-series forecasting algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business challenges and drive operational optimization.Write efficient, modular, and maintainable Python code for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and inference orchestration.Oversee model lifecycle management, including tracking, versioning, deployment, and performance monitoring using MLflow and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.Partner closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.Establish and champion engineering standards, code reviews, and architectural patterns across the team. What are the minimum qualifications? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 7+ years of professional software engineering and machine learning development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.Advanced, current proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow).Extensive hands-on production experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.Deep expertise in building, tuning, and deploying predictive models and time-series forecasting solutions at scale.Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Git, automated CI/CD pipelines).Deep expertise in designing end-to-end Lakehouse architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold) using PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure cloud services.Skilled in developing and maintaining dynamic ETL/ELT processes using cutting edge tools like Azure Data Factory and Databricks.Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs to connect pipeline outputs with external services and applications. What will make your résumé stand out? Practical experience preparing data for LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector search, or embeddings management.Master-level ability to craft complex SQL queries, analytical functions, and data transformations alongside clean, modular Python.
