About The Role We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our London office as part of our global engineering team. This hybrid role involves working three days a week in the office and focuses on developing advanced personalization and ranking models to enhance our new verticals such as groceries and retail. The successful candidate will contribute to building systems that increase user engagement by delivering tailored content and recommendations, thereby expanding our active user base beyond restaurant ordering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt, tackling complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly influence how users discover and interact with new verticals, making a meaningful impact on our growth and customer satisfaction.
