The Position
Job title: Associate Bid Response Strategist
Location: Burgess Hill, Sussex, UK
Length of programme: 2 years (September 2027 - August 2029)

The Opportunity
As an associate Bid Response Strategist, you will champion customer centricity and winning on value by creating compelling, high-quality proposals tailored to healthcare needs.
Utilising your exceptional writing and creative skillset, alongside strong scientific acumen, you will communicate with impact to showcase Roche's value proposition.
You will drive success through effective stakeholder management and matrix leadership across cross-functional teams, while leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and bid response strategy.

To be successful in this opportunity, applicants should also have:
Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Life SciencesYou are a self-motivated team member who proactively identifies opportunities and makes informed decisions to improve business outcomes and customer experiences while maintaining strict adherence to company policy.
Commercially astute, you leverage market data and insights to drive commercial and operational excellence, balancing long-term business sustainability with affiliate goals.
With exceptional writing and creative skills, along with strong scientific acumen, you communicate with impact to showcase Roche's value proposition.
As a collaborative team player, you build strong interpersonal relationships and lead across cross-functional matrix teams to drive collective success.
Thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment, you leverage automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and bid strategy, while remaining adaptable and resilient when navigating changing priorities
