A Day in the Life Medtronic's Neuroscience portfolio is dedicated to helping people regain function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through innovative therapies. Within Neuroscience, the Pelvic Health Operating Unit develops minimally invasive neuromodulation solutions that help patients manage bladder and bowel control conditions and achieve greater independence and confidence. Our Pelvic Health operating unit advances care for bladder and bowel control conditions through restorative, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies. By modulating sacral and peripheral nerves, we deliver personalized, programmable solutions backed by strong clinical evidence to help restore function and improve quality of life. Located at Medtronic's headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, this role is onsite four days per week. Travel is not required for this role. The Senior Engineering Program Manager leads large-scale technical programs that enable the successful delivery of digital platform initiatives. This role partners closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build integrated program plans, manage dependencies, drive execution, and ensure alignment across multiple teams. The position requires strong program leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable delivery plans. Primary Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital platform programs.Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including schedules, milestones, critical paths, and cross-functional dependencies.Partner with engineering leaders to sequence work, mitigate risks, remove delivery blockers, and drive program execution.Coordinate software development, systems engineering, information technology, and user experience workstreams within a unified delivery framework.Drive governance activities including executive communications, status reporting, decision tracking, and risk management.Facilitate technical and program decision-making by documenting dependencies, tradeoffs, and key outcomes across teams.Lead roadmap planning, release planning, resource forecasting, and capacity planning activities to support predictable delivery.Monitor program health through delivery metrics and milestone tracking, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions when needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical programs in software, cloud, digital, or enterprise technology environments.Experience in program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders within a structured program framework.Experience developing and managing integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering mobile applications, web applications, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise information technology products.Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software delivery environments.Experience integrating digital products with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.Knowledge of cloud technologies, application programming interfaces (APIs), microservices, and system integration architectures.Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms and connected ecosystem solutions. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
