About AMP Digital Collaborative
AMP Digital Collaborative is a boutique digital marketing agency that helps start-ups and mission-driven enterprises engage the people who matter most.
We're looking for a reliable web developer who can own routine site updates from start to finish.
You’ll primarily work in WordPress, fielding requests that come in by email, Slack, or Markup.io, and ensuring the work is completed and tracked in our task management software (ClickUp).
After building and testing in dev, you’ll collaborate on QA with team members, push live, and let the client or account lead know it's done.
This starts as consistent, part-time contract work, with room to grow.
What you'll do
Manage routine content, maintenance, and bug tickets end-to-end.
Handle communications with team members and sometimes clients, like clarifying a request or confirming a launch.Build responsive page templates and custom content types from Figma/layered files and production notes.
Work across dev, staging, and production environments with versioned releasesTrack your time diligently and alert project leads to any opportunities you see for optimizations or value-adding activities
What we're looking for
Hands-on modern WordPress development experience and content loading, ideally with Bricks BuilderAble to use knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript and browser development tools to troubleshoot and fix problems (not just AI)Experience with WPEngine or a similar multi-environment hosting setupOrganized and careful approach, especially with environments and sensitive contentComfortable working independently and asking questions/for help appropriatelySomeone with consistent availability during US Eastern or Central business hours, who can be a regular part-time contributor to the team
Nice to have
Webflow, Drupal Claude Code, PHP, Node.js, Google Apps ScriptForm building/troubleshootingAgency or healthcare experience
Details
Part-time contract to start (~15 hours per week)Remote, working US Eastern/Central business hoursRate: $30-$50/hour, commensurate with experience and quality of work
