The Role Take ownership of impactful customer implementation projects from start to finish while shaping the standards, processes, and tools that drive delivery excellence—apply now and help elevate project management and governance across the organization! Key Responsibilities Project Management & Governance (approx. 90%) End-to-end planning, management and successful delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring achievement of project objectives, timelines, budget and quality targetsLeading cross-functional project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleProactive management of project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communicationDriving customer value realization and ensuring sustainable project outcomes in close collaboration with customers and project teamsEnsuring compliance with established project management standards, governance frameworks and quality requirementsSupporting project audits, health checks and governance reviews to improve project transparency and delivery excellenceContributing to the continuous professionalization of project delivery methodologies, tools and reporting structures PMO, Process & Governance Excellence (approx. 10%) Development and continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned and organizational requirementsDriving governance initiatives and supporting the implementation of project management frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms across the organizationOptimization and documentation of project-related processes and workflows in collaboration with key stakeholdersKey user responsibilities for Salesforce (CRM) and Certinia (PSA), including requirements analysis, prioritization and reporting improvementsSupporting organizational change initiatives and delivering internal trainings on project management methodologies, governance standards and tool usage Key Requirements Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, Informatics, Engineering) or a comparable qualificationAt least 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within software implementation, consulting or professional services environmentsProven experience leading customer-facing projects with responsibility for scope, budget, timeline and qualityStrong understanding of project governance, project controls, risk management and project reportingIndustry or domain knowledge in HR, Time Management, Workforce Management, Resource Planning or Scheduling is advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome experienced Project Managers from other industries who are eager to develop domain expertise alongside strong project delivery and governance capabilities.Experience working within PMO structures, project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and multi-project environmentsStrong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approachAbility to influence stakeholders and drive organizational improvements beyond individual projectsExcellent communication and presentation skills across all hierarchy levels and strong relationship-building abilitiesFluency in German and English Our Benefits Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
