What You’ll Do As a Senior Engineer in our Bridges and Civil Structures team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Engineering design and assessment of bridges and civil structuresAdvise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to deliveryWork with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challengesDeliver high-quality advice that informs decisionsContribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutionsApply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance What You’ll Bring Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in bridge design and assessment. CPEng and RPEQ is a pre-requisite for this roleAdvanced skills in structural bridge engineering including the use of structural engineering software packages Midas Civil, Space Gass and Autodesk Structural Bridge DesignA track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomesStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptionsThe ability and willingness to guide and upskill junior engineers How We Support Your Growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
