The role You will build and own core backend services: the APIs our product runs on, the data pipelines that keep millions of tenders fresh, and the integrations that connect everything together. You will work across the full lifecycle — design, implementation, deployment, and operation. What you will do Design and build APIs and services powering search, matching, and the customer dashboardOwn data pipelines end to end: ingestion, processing, deduplication, enrichmentKeep the platform fast and reliable as data volume and traffic growImprove observability, testing, and developer experience across the codebaseWork directly with the founders on architecture and priorities What you bring 3+ years building production backend systems in a modern language and frameworkSolid database fundamentals — schema design, indexing, query performanceExperience operating services in production: monitoring, debugging, incident responseA pragmatic approach: simple designs, shipped iteratively, measured honestlyBonus: experience with search or data-heavy pipelines What we offer Salary: €60K – €85K depending on experienceEquity: you build BOND, so you should own a piece of itEquipment of your choice — whatever makes you do your best workHybrid work from our Vienna office, flexible hoursDirect collaboration with the founders — no politics, short decision pathsRegular team events, and coffee, drinks, and snacks in the office
