We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications.
This role will provide technical leadership across the full stack, partnering closely with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL, along with strong leadership skills and a passion for building resilient, user-centered solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQLArchitect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions across front-end and back-end systemsPartner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsEstablish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processesMentor and coach engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and day-to-day technical guidanceDrive technical decision-making for application architecture, API design, system integration, and database modelingOptimize application performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experienceCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and deployment strategiesEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standardsContribute to roadmap planning, estimation, technical discovery, and delivery execution
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience2+ years proven experience in a lead or senior full stack engineering roleStrong hands-on experience with: React, Next.js, TypeScript, C# / .NET, PostgreSQLExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or modern service-based architecturesStrong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and responsive UI developmentStrong understanding of back-end application design, service orchestration, and database designExperience with testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layersExperience working in Agile product delivery environmentsStrong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AzureExperience with microservices or distributed systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and production support practicesExperience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise-scale environmentsKnowledge of secure software development practices and data protection requirements

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$129,300 - $177,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
