About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Backend Software Developer (m/w/d) to join our team in full-time employment. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our proven ERP application and implementing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and integrating new functionalities and modules, ensuring our ERP system remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will also work on creating and maintaining interfaces with clients and suppliers, facilitating smooth data exchange and system interoperability. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to delivering high-quality software solutions and supporting the deployment of new features and updates. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, such as an apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (IT specialist for application development), a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification. You should have solid experience in backend development, particularly using Spring Boot framework, and be proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages. Knowledge of frontend development with Angular or experience with Jasper Reports is advantageous. A strong understanding of clean coding principles, structured development processes, and sustainable software architecture is essential.
