Sales force Sr. Developer Location: PCS CA~TORONTO Years of Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend/API Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Experience Cloud solutions, Case Management, and utilizing tools such as Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development and API integration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs on the Salesforce platform.Implement and manage Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Utilize Salesforce tools such as Agentforce and Prompt Builder to enhance case management processes.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.Leverage AWS-native services to develop AI solutions that enhance user experience. Mandatory Skills 6-8 years of experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform.Experience with 2-3 implementations of Experience Cloud.Strong knowledge of Case Management and tools like Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein.Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Salesforce experience is a deal breaker. Preferred Skills Experience with AWS-native services for AI solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
