Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using the .NET ecosystem to support hospitality and tourism platforms and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, implementing new features, optimizing existing applications, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The role will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. The Senior Dotnet Developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of the development process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. Qualifications Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and general programming skills, with a focus on clean architecture and maintainable code.Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Proficiency in .NET Core and related frameworks for building scalable, secure, and performant applications.Practical expertise in ASP.NET MVC for developing robust web applications and APIs.Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework), and RESTful services.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices such as code reviews and CI/CD.Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience in hospitality, tourism, or related domain systems is an advantage.Commitment to continuous learning, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Kathmandu.
