Senior React Developer

Position: Senior React Developer Location: Remote (Romania) Seniority: Senior Level Language: English Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to join our delivery team. The role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of modern, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern state management solutions. You will contribute to the entire application development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, integration, testing, and go-live - while working closely with customers, back-end developers, and functional consultants. Experience integrating React applications into SAP CAP / SAP BTP environments and knowledge of the Tax domain are considered strong advantages. Key Responsibilities Front-end Development Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScriptWork with the latest React capabilities, patterns, and development practicesApply appropriate state management solutions for complex applicationsBuild reusable, high-quality UI components and ensure consistency across applicationsEnsure application performance, maintainability, and usabilityFull-Stack & Integration Work with Node.js as part of modern web application architecturesDesign and consume APIs and services for seamless front-end and back-end integrationCollaborate with back-end developers to define efficient integration patternsSupport the integration of React applications into enterprise and SAP-based environmentsSAP Environment Integrate or support the integration of React applications with SAP CAP and SAP BTPWork within or alongside the broader SAP development ecosystemConsulting and Customer Collaboration Collaborate closely with customers, developers, and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in requirements gathering and technical workshopsSupport customers from specification and development through testing and go-liveAct as a trusted technical contact for front-end development topics Technical Requirements Must-have Several years of professional experience in front-end development, with long-term hands-on expertise in ReactVery good knowledge of TypeScript and Node.jsStrong knowledge of modern state management approaches and librariesExperience designing scalable and maintainable front-end architecturesGood understanding of API-based front-end and back-end integrationFluent English communication skillsNice-to-have Familiarity with the SAP development environment and ecosystemExperience or strong domain knowledge in Tax / Tax-related processes Methodology Used to collaborating closely with customers, developers, and functional consultantsProactive and solution-oriented mindset Soft Skills Strong communication skills, especially in direct customer-facing situationsAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving approachHigh level of responsibility, ownership, and team spiritAbility to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders Education University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
