Job Requirements AI Product & Data Analyst Job Summary The AI Product & Data Analyst works within the AI Labs team to bridge business needs and technical execution. This role focuses on gathering requirements, defining project scope, shaping user stories, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise Generative AI initiatives. Leveraging strong core capabilities in SQL, data visualization, and data analytics, the candidate analyzes user behavior, tracks product adoption metrics, and translates operational needs into structured delivery workflows. Duties And Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Scope Definition: Partner with product stakeholders, operations, and cross-functional teams to elicit, define, and document functional requirements for internal AI/GenAI initiatives.Product Delivery Support: Function as a Junior Product Owner / Product Analyst for AI solutions by creating user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and supporting sprint workflows alongside technical delivery teams.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Launch Execution: Design UAT frameworks, execute test scenarios, process user feedback, and coordinate pilot deployments to validate that AI products meet functional requirements prior to launch.Data & Product Analytics: Conduct quantitative analytics using SQL and build interactive visualization dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to track user engagement, feature usage, elapsed processing times, and adoption trends.Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting: Synthesize user performance data into actionable insights, document operational workflows, and communicate functional updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements for LCA / Immigration Standards Education Degree Requirement: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
