Description

DevOps Engineer Location: Warsaw (preferred, few office visits/month) or Fully Remote. Join an 18-month transformation to production-grade. You'll own the platform and infrastructure strategy for a cloud-based EGM management solution, serving thousands of devices across air-gapped systems. What You’ll Do Standardize deployments to true one-button workflows across environments.Design smooth SDLC paths, CI/CD pipelines, and local-dev tooling to unblock delivery.Drive IaC (Terraform on AWS) and own toolchains (GitHub, Jenkins/Actions, Harbor, ArgoCD).Shape networking (VPCs, Istio) and bake in security (secrets, RBAC, compliance).Set up impact-driven observability and define release strategies (canary/blue-green).Lead system design, making and documenting explicit trade-offs. Your Mindset Automation-first & Git discipline: Versioned, reviewed code; systems that run themselves. High agency & DevOps culture: You own outcomes, challenge assumptions, break silos, and treat platform engineering as a product. Bring Expert-Level Depth In ≥ 2 Areas Networking: Automation, Service mesh, VPCs, troubleshooting.Terraform & AWS: Scalable, repeatable infrastructure at scale.Linux: OS internals, troubleshooting, clean scripting.Kubernetes: Production clusters, storage, HA, Istio, Helm, ArgoCD.Security Automation: Hardening, compliance, continuous security.
