The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer at the start of their career who wants to learn fast and make a real contribution. You’ll be working closely with experienced developers across the full stack, building and improving features that real customers use every day. The team cares more about curiosity and a willingness to learn than ticking every box on a skills list. Key Responsibilities Build and improve product features across the full stack, with support and mentorship from senior team membersDevelop clean, well-structured code and build good habits through regular peer reviewsWork with React front-ends, Node.js APIs, and PostgreSQLSpot and resolve bugs, and proactively flag opportunities to improve the codebaseTake part in planning sessions, code reviews, and team retrospectivesCollaborate effectively in a fully remote, async-first environment About You 1+ years of commercial development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal or project workWorking knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and ReactSome experience with Node.js and RESTful APIsFamiliarity with relational databases, with PostgreSQL a bonusStrong communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and has a genuine appetite for continuous learningComfortable working remotely and managing your own time Benefits Salary: £30kRemote working in Northern Ireland30 days PTO including bank holidays plus additional time off between Christmas and New YearsL&D budgetPrivate healthcarePension To find out more about this opportunity, hit Apply or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today!✉️📞
