What You'll Be Doing The Developer – Credit Analytics supports the Bank’s Credit Analytics team by developing and maintaining data solutions that enable credit reporting, portfolio monitoring, and analytical decision-making. With guidance from the team, this position participates in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The Developer builds scalable data models, pipelines, automated processes, and reporting solutions while following Stifel’s development standards and best practices. This role partners with Credit Analytics and other stakeholders to understand business needs, improve access to reliable credit data, and deliver tools and insights that support the Bank’s credit risk management activities. What We're Looking For Assist the Development team in various phases of development, including design, implementation, integration, revision control, release and the maintenance of multiple products and systemsBuild and maintain SQL views, stored procedures, ETL processes, and data pipelines (SQL Server / SnowflakeAssist in migration to SnowflakeDesign scalable data models for reporting and analytics using dimensional modeling principles and develop executive dashboards in PowerBI.Recognize manual systems and work to automate procedures.Document clearly and effectively within code and participate in documentation outside of codeEnsuring Stifel's coding and development standards are being followedCoordinate with other team members when tackling harder developmental efforts What You'll Bring Develop solutions to problems as well as manager multiple issues at the same time.Strong awareness of the impact of actions on the product or feature and acts in line with it.Ability to resolve problems, basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Collaboration with a team using knowledge of appropriate development environmentsStrong oral and written communication skills Banking knowledge is a plus Education & Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum Required: 0-2 years' of post Bachelor's progressive experience in software development Licenses & Credentials Minimum Required: None Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience in SQL and Python and database systemsExperience with PowerBI (DAX) queries, Microsoft Power Tools About Stifel Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
