Job Description Contract type: B2B (full remote)or permanent (local, hybrid mode) As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation and operation of modern cloud-native platforms. You will support application deployment, infrastructure automation, system integration and operational excellence, ensuring secure, scalable and reliable environments. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in platform modernisation initiatives, automation projects and continuous improvement activities across the software delivery lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Deploy, configure and maintain applications within containerised environmentsDesign, implement and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesDevelop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code principlesConfigure and manage system integrations, APIs and workflow automation solutionsMonitor platform performance, availability and security using observability toolsTroubleshoot infrastructure, application and integration issues across complex environmentsCollaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to deliver reliable solutionsContribute to platform operations, maintenance and continuous improvement initiativesSupport incident resolution, root cause analysis and operational excellence practicesShare knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldProven experience (+7 years) as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or Cloud EngineerStrong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker and container technologiesExperience with Terraform, Ansible and Infrastructure as Code methodologiesGood understanding of CI/CD, GitOps and automation practicesExperience with Linux administration and cloud-native environmentsKnowledge of APIs, integrations and workflow automation toolsExperience with monitoring, logging and observability solutionsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in international environmentsFluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset Additional Information We can offer : A permanent contract (local presence) or B2B (fully remote possibility) with a leading European technology companyExciting and impactful projects for major clientsContinuous learning, training and certification opportunitiesCareer growth within Sopra Steria Luxembourg and the international GroupA collaborative, inclusive and people-focused work environmentFlexible working arrangements supporting work-life balance ______ Sopra Steria is an equal opportunity employer.
