Become part of IONOS and grow with us.Tasks Procurement of goods and services in the data centre sector for the US, UK and Spanish markets Executing and negotiating supplier and framework agreements in collaboration with the relevanttechnical departments Market and supplier analysis in the aforementioned countries to identify suitable suppliers andopportunities for optimisation Working closely with and supporting the technical departments as required, including beyond theaforementioned countries Managing RFP processes as well as supplier qualification and certification Handling procurement processes via our P2P system landscape (Coupa) Ensuring adherence to internal procurement guidelines and compliance requirements Contributing to the continuous development of procurement processes in an international context Qualifications A degree (in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar) or equivalent qualification. Several years’ professional experience in procurement, ideally within the data centre or IT infrastructure sector. Sound technical and commercial expertise. Knowledge of procuring data centre-specific goods (e.g. electrical/cooling technology, long-leadequipment) would be an advantage. Market knowledge in the USA, the UK and Spain. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Experience in leading contract negotiations. Practical experience with P2P systems, ideally Coupa. Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. A determined, independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
