Senior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a passion for programming, and a team player to integrate with our VTXRM family. What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and components using C# and .NET, as well as frontend applications using React.Build and extend RESTful APIs for core services and system integrationsLead and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when neededConduct unit and integration testing, diagnose issues, and ensure performanceWork closely with analysts and product teams to understand business needsOperate within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprints and planning sessionsContribute to refactoring and improving existing systems for better maintainability and scalability Your Qualifications: 3+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET FrameworkProfessional experience with ReactProven experience designing and consuming REST APIsStrong knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server or OracleDeep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architectureHands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworksProficient with Visual Studio, source control systems, and deployment practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to qualityFluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily communication and documentation Nice to have/ Pluses: Exposure to .NET Core / .NET 6+ and migration projectsExperience with containerization (Docker) or CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry Company Benefits: Health insurance & wellness programHybrid working model (2 days/at the Tagus Park office or Porto office)Performance bonus;Access to training platforms (e.g., Pluralsight and Dometrain) and internal learning initiativesSmartphone & phone data planRemote work allowance: 600€/year (50€ per month x12)Discounts on VW Group cars and special financing conditionsContinuous feedback culture and clear career progression pathsGood work environmentWork in an Agile environment with Scrum processes, where your ideas are welcomeFresh fruit, coffee, and tea every day We are much more than a software company.
