Role Summary As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions, lead process validation and equipment commissioning activities, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and structured problem-solving. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure process stability, improve production performance, and support the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing methods. Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities in this role: Translate product requirements into robust and scalable manufacturing processes.Define, develop, and implement process specifications and manufacturing technologies.Lead process validation, commissioning, and equipment qualification activities (FAT/SAT).Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process performance, quality, and production KPIs.Develop and maintain PFMEA, SOPs, work instructions, and other process documentation.Analyze and improve process capability using SPC, DOE, and data-driven problem-solving methods.Identify critical process parameters and establish effective process controls.Support production by resolving technical issues and implementing improvements to equipment and manufacturing processes.Promote high standards of quality, technical cleanliness, and 5S practices within the production environment. Who You Are Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in process engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering within an automated production environment.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following manufacturing technologies: tightening, adhesives, pressing, leak testing, or laser welding.Proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes in a production environment.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa).Familiarity with process validation and equipment qualification activities (e.g., RFQ, FAT, SAT).Experience creating technical documentation, such as process specifications, functional designs, and test documentation.Knowledge of CAD 2D/3D software.Experience from industries such as automotive, battery manufacturing, semiconductors, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
