DevSecOps Engineer

For our client we are looking for a specialist of DevSecOps Engineer. Location: Poland (remote) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: mid Contract type: B2B Contract Contract duration: 12 months with a strong possibility of later extension. The client is looking for long-term cooperation. About the Role We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing CI/CD pipelines, automating development and deployment processes, and embedding security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, a strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, and a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and security. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.Integrate security controls and vulnerability scanning into development pipelines.Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and environment management.Monitor application delivery pipelines and troubleshoot deployment issues.Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and security processes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of overall IT experience.3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.Strong experience with Azure DevOps.Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software development practices.Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
