WooCommerce Custom Plugin Development - B2B Wholesale Pricing

We are a digital agency working with a long-standing client in the industrial supplies space. They distribute fasteners, tools and safety equipment to around 600 trade customers. They are moving most of their ordering from phone and email to their WooCommerce store, and we're looking for a senior WooCommerce developer to build the B2B functionality that makes this possible. We've already tested several popular wholesale plugins. Each one solved part of the problem but had serious drawbacks: some added too much bloat, some conflicted with the client's existing setup, and none could handle their pricing logic. We've decided a lean, purpose-built plugin is the better long-term option. Scope of work: Role-based pricing with separate tiers for retail, trade and key accounts, plus customer-specific price overridesMinimum order quantities and pack-size rules per product categoryA "Request a Quote" option replacing "Add to Cart" on selected high-value products, with quotes managed from the adminOrder sync with the client's ERP system through its REST API (documentation will be provided)Net-30 payment option available only to approved accounts We expect clean, well-commented code that follows WordPress coding standards. It must be compatible with HPOS and the latest WooCommerce version. We also need clear documentation so our team can support the plugin after handover. We work in weekly check-ins, so regular progress updates are important. This is a business-critical project for our client, so reliability matters more to us than speed.
