About The Role Own critical systems at the intersection of market data, execution, and product, from architecture through reliable operation. What you'll do Design and deliver scalable services for time-sensitive financial workflows.Set a high bar for system reliability, observability, testing, and code quality.Make pragmatic architectural decisions and carry them through implementation.Mentor engineers and collaborate directly with product and market teams. What we're looking for Substantial experience building and operating production software systems.Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.A record of owning ambiguous, technically demanding projects end to end.Experience in trading, market data, or digital assets is helpful but not required.
