It is hiring Senior React Engineers to build complex, data-rich applications for government and secure-sector clients. You’ll help shape front-end architecture on mission-critical projects where your work has real-world impact. THE BENEFITS £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experienceElectric/hybrid car scheme with on-site EV chargingPersonal development plan with funded training and clear career pathsCompetitive benefits packageModern HQ with refreshments, showers and quiet spacesHybrid flexibility where projects allowRegular social events and travel opportunities THE SENIOR REACT ENGINEER ROLE Design and build high-quality, scalable front-end applications in React and TypeScriptTurn complex datasets into clear, intuitive user interfaces and visualisationsWork closely with back-end engineers, solutions architects and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutionsOwn front-end architecture decisions and set coding standardsMentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pairingContribute to testing, performance tuning and continuous improvement across the stack ESSENTIAL SKILLS Strong commercial experience at senior level with React and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)Solid knowledge of state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, React Query)Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIsFront-end testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library or similar)Good grasp of Git, CI/CD and agile deliveryAbility to commute to Lincoln 3–5 days per weekUK resident for at least 5 years and eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
