Mid PHP Laravel Developer

Salary : Below 100 k CTC Roles and Responsibilities ● Develop, maintain, test, and optimize web applications using Laravel and PHP, particularly for ERP-based hospital management systems. ● Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices. ● Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data handling. ● Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services. ● Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and upgrade existing systems. ● Work with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver features efficiently. ● Participate in code reviews, maintain version control using Git, and follow established development standards. ● Develop and maintain ERP modules, especially those related to Accounts and Human Resources (HR). Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of professional experience in software development. ● Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework. ● Good understanding of MVC architecture, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and software development best practices. ● Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization. ● Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services. ● Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Vue.js or React; full-stack development experience is highly preferred. ● Practical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Accounts and HR modules. ● Understanding of secure coding practices, application performance optimization, debugging, and Git version control. ● Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
