Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support crypto infrastructure and blockchain services
• Investigate issues involving:
o NaaS proxies/gateways
o Blockchain node availability
o Ethereum network access/connectivity
o Infrastructure and application performance
• Support blockchain staking operations, including monitoring staking rewards and validator health
• May support systems involved in digital asset trading activities, though employees will not have access to customer funds or proprietary assets
Looking for
• AWS/cloud operations experience
• Production/application support background
• DevOps mindset
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and validator/node infrastructure
• Comfortable working non-traditional hours in a 24/7 operational environment.
