Drive technical alignment with Dallin, Adobe SMEs, architects, and engineering teams.Review and apply EDS/DA.live patterns and best practices across implementations.Resolve complex technical and implementation decisions, balancing delivery needs with scalability and maintainability.Define standards for EDS blocks, Lit, and Web Components, promoting reusable and consistent solutions.Guide teams on frontend performance, code quality, maintainability, and technical best practices.Review critical PRs and high-impact changes to ensure technical quality and architectural alignment.Act as a technical escalation point to unblock engineers and resolve complex implementation challenges.Mentor developers and promote consistent engineering standards, patterns, and knowledge sharingEDS, DA.live, JavaScript, block architecture, Lit/Web Components, performance, GitHub Work Experience 7-10Years
