Please find additional details about the role below: Title: Senior Cloud Application Engineer Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid) Type: Full Time Salary range: $140K PA to $162K PA with Benefits Top 3 Must-Haves Medical device industry experience.Experience managing the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Job Summary The Senior Web Application Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cloud-based software solutions that support IoMT workflows within enterprise applications. This role works across the full cloud stack (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will independently solve complex technical challenges, contribute to cloud architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based web applications across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.Architect end-to-end cloud solutions using AWS/EC2 and integrate applications using REST, MQTT, and other API technologies.Develop automation scripts, troubleshoot integrations, and build reliable, high-performing cloud services.Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and contribute to architecture decisions.Develop high-quality code following CI/CD and secure coding practices, implement cloud security, perform root cause analysis, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement through new technologies and platform enhancements.Required Qualifications 8–12+ years of software development experience with cloud-based applications.Strong experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Salesforce.Proficiency with cloud storage technologies such as Amazon S3, EBS, and EFS.Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.Experience designing APIs, integration frameworks, middleware, and automation scripting.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, containerization, orchestration, and cloud security.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.Master's degree and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce) are preferred.
