About The Role Consertus-US is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance Python applications deployed across the Google Cloud Platform. You will utilize AI-assisted tooling to streamline development processes, enhance test coverage, and ensure security validations are robust and comprehensive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern cloud architecture, including serverless and containerized services, as well as expertise in developing robust APIs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that leverage AI and cloud-native technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of modern software engineering principles.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Kubernetes, and other serverless/containerized technologies.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance productivity and security.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform.Implement serverless and containerized solutions to optimize application performance and cost-efficiency.Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development cycles, improve test coverage, and validate security protocols.Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Develop and maintain secure, reliable APIs to support various client applications and integrations.Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality code standards.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure high availability and responsiveness.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
