About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Principal DevOps Engineer specializing in Continuous Delivery and Deployment Automation to join NinjaOne's DevOps Engineering team. In this strategic leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the company's software deployment and release processes at scale. Your primary responsibility will be to design, architect, and continually improve NinjaOne's deployment automation capabilities, ensuring that code transitions from development to production swiftly, securely, and reliably with minimal manual intervention. This role requires a deep technical expertise in deployment pipelines, progressive delivery strategies, release orchestration, and feature flagging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, QA, Security, SRE, and Architecture—to establish best practices, build automation frameworks, and implement scalable deployment systems. Your work will directly impact NinjaOne’s ability to deliver software rapidly and safely across multiple regions and environments, supporting millions of endpoints globally.
