.NET & React Developer Key Requirements: - 5–7 years of professional experience in .NET Core and React.js development. - Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core for backend application development. - Strong proficiency in React.js for building responsive and scalable user interfaces. - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. - Hands-on experience developing backend services and APIs using .NET Core. - Strong understanding of frontend and backend integration. - Knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and coding best practices. - Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. - Ability to collaborate with backend, DevOps, and QA teams. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Understanding of application security and compliance best practices. - Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
