Join us to help open one of the largest and least accessible markets in the world. The role You will own our infrastructure and delivery pipeline end to end. Everything is infrastructure-as-code and deployed via CI — no hand-managed servers — and we want to keep it that way as we scale. You make the platform more reliable, more observable, and easier to ship to. What you will do Own our infrastructure-as-code setup across servers, DNS, storage, and secretsRun and improve CI/CD pipelines for a multi-repo setup with continuous deploymentOwn observability: traces, logs, metrics, alerting, and incident runbooksManage credentials and environment parity between development and productionHarden our data-collection fleet: resource limits, memory safety, scheduled-job reliabilityFix the pipeline, not the box — root-cause failures and automate the fix What you bring 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles running production Linux infrastructureStrong infrastructure-as-code experience and the conviction that infra changes belong in code review, not SSH sessionsHands-on experience with containers, CI/CD, and automated server provisioningExperience running observability stacks (metrics, logs, and traces)Comfort debugging across the stack: networking, kernel OOM kills, DNS, TLSBonus: database operations at scale or experience with EU data-residency requirements What we offer Salary: €65K – €90K depending on experienceEquity: you build BOND, so you should own a piece of itEquipment of your choice — whatever makes you do your best workHybrid work from our Vienna office, flexible hoursDirect collaboration with the founders — no politics, short decision pathsRegular team events, and coffee, drinks, and snacks in the office
