About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cloud-based products and services within the MB.OS ecosystem. This senior role combines Agile Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, technical leadership, and cross-functional delivery governance in a complex international environment.The ideal candidate brings more than 9 years of professional experience, including a strong technical background in software engineering and cloud-native development. You understand modern software architectures, development lifecycles, and platform engineering principles, enabling you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, fostering high-performing teams, managing complex dependencies, and establishing transparency across multiple stakeholders and locations. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goal definition.Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness and delivery.Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and required follow-up actions.Create transparency through clear status reporting and stakeholder communication.Align product, engineering, architecture, and management stakeholders across locations.Promote agile values and adapt ways of working to the needs of the team and project.Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning. QualifikationenQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.9+ years of professional experience5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.Strong technical background in software development, ideally with previous hands-on experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or DevOps Engineer.Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.Experience coordinating mid-sized, cross-functional teams.Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in a structured manner.Technical ExperienceCloud-native application developmentMicroservice-based architecturesREST APIs and service integrationCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesEnterprise-scale software delivery environments PreferredScrum Master or agile certification Project management certification Experience with SAFe Framework in a large-scale organisation.Experience within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem.Knowledge of MBOS, cloud-native development, or software-defined vehicle environments.
