What This Role Is All About As a Software Engineer in our AI base, you will work on internal products and integrations that support Infobip’s Revenue organization and business operations. The team develops applications and AI-enabled solutions that help automate workflows, improve sales processes, and reduce manual operational work across the company. You will contribute to products focused on data consolidation, workflow automation, and AI-assisted insights for Revenue teams. The work includes building integrations between multiple internal and external systems, developing backend services, and contributing to frontend and AI-related initiatives where needed. The team works in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on practical problem solving, ownership, and continuous product development. This role is suited for engineers who already have solid software engineering fundamentals and want to continue growing in distributed systems, integrations, and AI-supported product development. What You'll Do Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java and Spring-based technologiesBuild solutions that connect and synchronize data across multiple internal and external systemsContribute to internal products and AI-enabled applications used by Revenue and Sales teamsParticipate in the development of assistant-like tools and automation features that improve operational efficiencyWork across backend and frontend tasks when needed, including React and TypeScript-based applicationsWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practicesTroubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and contribute to improving system reliabilityCollaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams in an agile environmentParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You a Strong Fit 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with solid production-level experience with JavaUnderstanding of object-oriented programming principles, clean code practices, and testingExperience developing backend applications, APIs, or integrationsUnderstanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQLInterest in distributed systems, integrations, and AI-supported applicationsComfortable working in environments with evolving requirements and technical complexityStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and systemsComfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholdersFluent in English, both spoken and written Nice-to-have Qualifications Experience with Spring or Spring BootExperience with React and TypeScriptFamiliarity with Python or AI-related development initiativesUnderstanding of distributed systems and system integrationsExperience working with APIs, synchronization services, or data pipelinesFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practicesExperience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databasesInterest in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and internal product development Why you'll love it here Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
