Company: Fast-growing, investor-backed B2B SaaS / HRTech company serving a global customer base across 135+ countries. Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer, focusing on hands-on technical leadership and end-to-end application development rather than people management. Location: Bangkok, Thailand – fully on-site. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical projects, develop scalable frontend and backend applications, optimise performance, refactor legacy systems, conduct code reviews, improve engineering standards and mentor junior engineers. Experience: 4–6+ years in frontend development, with 5+ years in backend development preferred. Technical Requirements: Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js/React/Angular, Node.js or similar frameworks, RESTful APIs, and PostgreSQL/MySQL. Tech Stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Django/FastAPI, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Redis. Requirements: Experience with complex web applications, SPAs or back-office systems, strong software engineering principles and good English communication skills.
