Description

Requirements Bachelor's degree (S1) or Associate degree (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer / Software Engineer (specifically using Golang). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to code quality and detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team using Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams. Passionate about learning new technologies and advocating for software development best practices. Technical Qualifications In-depth mastery of Go (Golang) programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Go-Kit). Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and gRPC / Protocol Buffers protocols. Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and writing testable code (Unit Testing). Experience with Message Brokers / Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS).
