En Kibernum estamos buscando un/a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead para liderar y construir una nueva solución digital estratégica PWA. Si eres de los/as que disfruta diseñar arquitectura, meter las manos en el código, guiar a otros desarrolladores y resolver problemas complejos de sincronización sin perder de vista el negocio, ¡este rol es para ti! 💡 ¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás el referente técnico de la célula. Diseñarás y construirás la capa base de una aplicación PWA Offline-First, liderando la arquitectura frontend y colaborando activamente tanto en el backend como en el frontend. Además, trabajarás bajo un enfoque de AI-assisted development, integrando herramientas de IA en tus flujos diarios de trabajo con criterio y seguridad. 🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil? Seniority: Experiencia sólida como Senior / Tech Lead hands-on con autonomía real.Tech Stack Core: Backend: Node.js + NestJS. Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript avanzado con Angular o React. Web & PWA: HTML/CSS y desarrollo de Progressive Web Applications con estrategia Offline-First (sincronización, persistencia local, reintentos, idempotencia).Arquitectura & Buenas Prácticas: Clean Architecture / Arquitectura Hexagonal, Testing (unitario, integración, E2E), CI/CD y Cloud (Azure).Liderazgo & Mentoring: Experiencia en Code Reviews, definición de estándares, mentoring a perfiles Semi-Senior y capacidad para destrabar técnicamente al equipo.Criterio Técnico & Negocio: Capacidad de adoptar estándares corporativos, desafiarlos constructivamente con evidencia técnica y traducir reglas de negocio en software ejecutable. 📌 Detalles de la oportunidad: Proyecto de plazo definido: Hasta diciembre de 2026 con posibilidad de extension.Modalidad remota (Solo Chile)
